Terrible experience with APPLIANCE & REFRIGERATOR HOSPITAL. Had them out On June 9 to inspect our fridge for some noise and light switch issue. After inspection they ordered some parts for me and scheduled an appointment for July 9th. It was confirmed, but no technician showed up during the 3 hr window, so I called a half hour later in case he was running late, and was told that indeed I was on the schedule and that he was probably running late.
