Been waiting over two months to get my fridge ice maker fixed. Have always gotten excuses like the part wasnt in. They never called to give us an update, we called and would get the run around. They have a huge lack of professionalism and a huge lack of communication. Will never do business with them again!
We bought a very nice Kitchen aid refrigerator here back in Dec (2016) with the certainty of having the door panels/drawers replaced within 2 months of receiving it. It has been 6 months. I have called, texted and emailed just to be told they are coming and more false promises. Now the ice dispenser is not working. Called Wed and was told I would receive a call back the next morning, NEVER happened. Its now Sat still no call and their voicemail is full, convenient!!!!
