Seems to be the place for me to go for parts now. My dryer was bunged up. The dreaded "F01" code. Got on YouTube to see how to take the control board out, turned out to be quite easy. And Appliance Parts was the only place in town that had it in stock. Probably saved myself $100-$200 by not having a service call, or $500 or more for a new dryer. I'll be back when need be. Thanks, folks!
I found the business to be very helpful with my issue. Brenda is a wonderful sales person with a thirty year background in the industry. She knows so much about the functions of the appliances, she was very helpful. I would recommend this store to my friends.
After needing a thermal fuse for my whirlpool dryer, I researched the internet for a cheaper price. Cheaper online? Yes, by 1 WHOLE dollar! Gimme a break! I will gladly support and do business with Appliance Parts southside again wholeheartedly. They are located really close to HHGregg at 31 and stop 13.
If I could choose zero stars I would!! We called to see if a part was in stock. The staff member that answered the phone did not seem to care to be at work today. They had our parts in stock. I told him we were on our way so he took our name and number down to hold our parts. This was at 12:30pm. He FAILED to mention that they CLOSE at 1pm knowing we were on our way!! I called again to double check the closing time and spoke with Brenda, who didn't give a care in the world that staff are leaving out IMOPRTANT info. Worst cus... read more
Appliance Parts is the best! It's affordable quality products! I went to the one near Greenwood and the Store Manager, Brenda, had about 10 people in the store when I got there. She was so professional with everyone and never acted overwhelmed! She helped everyone and took the time to answer any questions we had. I will definitely go back there when I need parts!! I will be referring my friends on facebook there also!
