Quick, easy, convenient. Was greeted immediately by the gentleman behind the counter, gave him my part number and got my part. These guys will be my first choice for appliance parts going forward. Really happy I didn't have to wait for shipping to finish fixing my machine.
part I needed cost twice what it does elsewhere but it was available here. automated phone system is garbage and not completely set up. staff was very helpful and courteous and had the part ready after I called ahead

This place is awesome. The latch on my washer door was broken because my son decided to ride it like a roller coaster 🤦 My washer is older and I could not find the part anywhere until I went here! The part cost me $7, they helped show me diagrams for replacement and helped me figure out what tools I would need! The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and super professional! Definitely recommend coming here for appliance parts!
