The only place to go
I went in yesterday for a new igniter for a oven. I didn’t have the model number so they couldn’t sell me a factory OEM part do to the lack of information (model #). They did however suggest going with a universal igniter fit for the brand of the oven (Frigidaire). They were very helpful in explaining what the differences were between the OEM part and the universal part as well as showing me exactly what to do as far as installment. My washer broke NYE day. They had the part I needed. Customer service was A1 both in the store and on the phone. My washer works now. Shout out to Al, and the lady that helped me when I got there.
Not impressed at all. I went there with a broken dryer belt. The older man “helping” me asked if I had the model number to which I started to reply “well,” to which he quickly and dryly replied, “well isn’t a model number”. How very droll. I let it slide and proceeded to acknowledge that I didn’t have the model number but I had the part and maybe if I could just get a belt that matched it. These guys are awesome! My dryer belt and tensioner broke and these guys were able to get me the parts I needed and even walked me through how to fix it! And when I got home and had some difficulties I called back and they gladly helped walk me through. I highly recommend this place!
