These people suck! They put you on hold for 15 minutes to play with their phones. Bad customer service skills.

This store super sucks .. bad service I was there today asking for a belt for my dryer.. really bad service.. may be they pay them the minimum . I showed them the picture of my dryer.. and they ask me for the serial number..
