NEVER AGAIN! We took our broken washer in for repair. They called with a repair estimate, but we decided to visit them to explore the option to buy a different machine. While on site, we were quoted a different price for repairing the original. We decided we would shop around because, frankly, anyone who changes the price is not an honest business person. This is an appliance store now. I paid for a washer on Wednesday to be delivered on Thursday. We didn't get delivery Thursday. Waited until Friday and no delivery. I called and left 5 messages between thursday and friday andno response. Went back today(Saturday) at 10am to ask what happened and they had no idea and said they been busy. My name was clearly there on delivery for thurdudl m I asked them to give me a refund and both guys working there said "we know how to take money on card but don't know how to put it back on" ... read more
