I have been buying appliances from them for 12 years. They are amazing!!
Hours are listed as open at 9am on both website and front door. Drove from 30 minutes away, waited for over an hour. Was told that owner rarely shows up before 10am. Poor business ethics = lost business. A business has an obligation to run like such and update the public accordingly when business operations change.

Bought a dryer from them that lasted a little over a month that wasn't producing adequate heat then it stopped spinning. Called and got a replacement within 2 weeks and that one wasnt working when it was delivered. It had zero heat. So i called and texted trying to get someone and they finally agreed to come pick it up and replace it but they weren't offering anymore assistance with the dryer after that even though i still had time left on my warranty.
