HUGE FRAUD – Randy Smith misdiagnosed the problem with our refrigerator, took a 'deposit' of $150 to order a part, then said he couldn't get the part. The fridge did not need the part, mearly needed some ice removed from a back panel. Repeated phone calls, and we have not received the refund as promised. He is scum. I will be reporting him to the police.
DO NOT USE!! He came to our house on 7/6/11 to work on our LG washer, you took $140 cash from my fiance as a deposit and said that you needed to get a "part" and would be back next week. Since that time you have not once returned our many, many, many voicemails and my washer is still not working.
