Zero stars: The part I ordered was on back-order. I eventually received a part. It was clearly the wrong part. Worse, it was an inferior part to the one that was listed and what I purchased on their website. A google search found that the "substitute part" cost about 1/3 of what Appliance Factory Parts charged AND none of the vendors listed that part as being compatible with my oven model. I returned the part. I will never do business with this vendor again.
