After reading the comments of many friends above, there are a lot of negative comments. I also need to repair my grill recently. When I searched on Google, I found this website grillpartsreplacement.com . how was it? I need your advice, my friends....
False advertising!! The site says parts are in stock when they’re all back ordered. They don’t email you to tell you either. They don’t respond to emails and the first time I called I was hung up on. The cancel order feature on their site doesn’t work and they tell you, you have to put in a request to cancel your order ?! They are NOT FROM COLORADO THEY’RE FROM CHINA. CALL CENTERS OUTSIDE THE U.S. WARNING !!
POOR customer service. Do not exchange defective parts without another shipping cost! And they don't pay return shipping. I elected not to pay $45 to send a $33 defective part back so I could pay $6.99 for a replacement burner. 4.3 rating? Ha! Gene Olive
So far everything has been awesome with my ordering a replacement pot handle for my Presto Pressure cooker. Laura at Appliance Factory Parts has been super helpful. She found the part number I needed quickly. I haven't rec'd it yet because I'm only now ordering it. If it does not go well ill leave another review but so far so great. Thank You Laura
