PLEASE READ!! I reached out to Mark about fixing my dishwasher. He was able to come out within a few hours and told me his fee was $120, payable by cash or check only. That part was fine. However, he was at my house for less than five minutes before claiming he “automatically knew” the issue and said I’d need an entirely new circuit board. I had provided him with the error code and he also took down the serial number and that was it!! He told me to let him know if I wanted to proceed with next steps. Worst service ever. Mark charged us $120 to take the panel of the back of our freezer. Called & said he couldn't find the part. I found the part in 2 minutes. Feel completely scammed.
Mark came within a half hour and diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator right away.
