Tom came out and fixed our oven. He was great at investigating all of the issues and clearing our error code so we can now use our Samsung oven that is only 5 yrs old. He had a great rate for his service and I couldn’t recommend him more. The error code had to do with the door lock mechanism and the board and we had followed all the tips online before we contacted him and nothing worked.
