Called because we had water leaking from our freezer. Thinking the drain pan was rotten or the drain hose busted, we called the Doc. $130 later, the water is still leaking....only it's not from the freezer but the AC condensate pump right next to the freezer. The guy we just had come out said any professional would have told you that the stand that the freezer was resting on was bone dry and should have shot fireworks into the air that it wasn't the freezer leaking.
