Ive had the come out 2 times. They have done a great job with both repairs. I've found them to be honest and fair. They followed up to make sure we were happy with the repairs as well.

I had a problem finding a appliance company but found appliance connect, they are a mom and pop buisiness, they have very reasonable price and they sell new and used stuff which is good for my rental properties. Great people to work with, office people are great and don't leave you hanging, very fast turn around. Good to know that there are still small businesses' out there like this. I highly recommend. I give them 6 stars!

Had a issue with my dishwasher and a young man named Tyler came out, he was very knowledgeable and fixed it for a very reasonable price. Tuscaloosa needs more company’s like this. Customer service was excellent!

I had a washer that I was gonna junk but decided to have it checked out. The technician was very helpful telling me about the new washers. He was very thorough with his work. Very reasonable prices and excellent company!

The WORST place in town. Do not go there. We had a scheduled appointment a week ago they never called or showed up, when we called they have reschedule after a week time, again no news . When we called back they acted as if we are calling for the first and started giving lame excuses. The lady threatened to drop us as a client.

Absolute worst customer service that i have ever experienced. We just purchased a Frigidaire microwave and have a problem with the vent cover and how it should remove. I spoke to Frigidaire and they said it was covered under warranty and would schedule a tech to come out. Nell, from this company called today and was talking to me like I had had hit her in the face and owed her money. February of this year 2017 my dryer was making a loud sound took it to appliance connection they charge me $175 for a pulley kit just yesterday November November 20th 2017 my dryer will not start when I press the start button so I took it to them call me the next day said it was a thermal fuse and my pulley kit was going bad I stated I just had a pulley kit put on in February so how's it going bad already it is the pulley kit not making it come on they said no I needed the fuse to make it come on but the pulley kit looks bad... read more

Scheduled an appointment to have microwave repaired nearly one month in advance and was told that we would be contacted within three days of the visit. After not hearing back from them we called the store. "Nell" apparently cancelled the appointment two days after it was made and never let us know. Gave me an estimate to repair Bosch Dishwasher and because it was so high, I called the Appliance Co in Birmingham where I purchased it. They told me the part was still under warranty and that they would cover labor for whomever repaired it. When i told Appliance Connection how much the part was, that their quote would have them charging me $500 labor, was there a mistake in the quote, they were offended that I questioned their quote.
