Our fridge went out today. We were referred to Mike at Appliance City and he did not disappoint! We told him our budget thinking we were going to end up with an "apartment fridge" but walked out with a stainless suede by side with water and ice in the door. Thanks Mike for amazing service!!!
Appliance City rocks! We purchased our vintage 1955 Bendix electric range 6 years ago. When it developed a wiring issue on Thanksgiving this year, Appliance City insisted in bringing a loaner stove to us immediately, fixed our old stove and insisted it was all free of charge! This is what makes Portland special. Local owned businesses that take care of their customers. We love Appliance City!

Great selection. We were looking for a Large Frost Free Freezer and after dealing with a few private party flakes we decided to come in a take at look here. So glad we did. Matt showed us a lot of options and we found a large newer 20+cf freezer that works great at a great price. Staff members loaded it up and offered to help tie down. Overall a a great experience.

Again we had a very wonderful experience at appliance city. We have been doing business for over 30 years and have never been disappointed with the service or our purchases. This week we bought a new to me washer and dryer set after our dryer bit the dust after 35 yrs. the set was clean and ready to go. They delivered it in a timely matter and washing began before the truck was leaving the driveway. Thank you Appliance City! Still handing out your cards.

10 days ago AO let us down dreadfully, their delivery drivers refused to carry our new range cooker into the house complete jobsworths, today Applicance City delivery men Steve and Darren delivered our cooker with a smile and no dramas (and it was cheaper than AO). If it was possible I would given them a thousand stars!! thank you so much Appliance City especially your lovely salesman Mark Pearson!
