This is a terrific place. I needed an oven element for an older stove, and they had literally hundreds & hundreds to choose from. They found the one I needed in a jiffy and I was out the door. Nice mom & pop, very knowledgeable - good place!
Best experience ever buying a used appliance!!!!! They have a warranty that backs up their used appliances and they followed through when the refrigerator that we bought had issues. The experience greatly exceeded my expectations and has made me a loyal customer. They also have an amazing team in every capacity there. I worked with Terry, Cindy, Brice and David and they were all incredible!
RecommendedThis will be my 4th positive experience with this company. Price is good. Every time staff does the installations. They have been on time and professional. This time I decided to take photos of the experience. On this run, which was our dishwasher. He even cleaned the floor after himself. I cant be more pleased with the ongoing positive transactions. I love Appliance City! We’ve gotten all of our appliances there over the last 15 years or so. They are solid. If there’s a problem they make it right. They do free house calls in the first year after purchase (which I’ve only needed once). And yesterday, when I had a broken dryer with a load full of wet laundry, they delivered a new used dryer within a couple hours of purchase. Thank you Appliance City!
This place is amazing. I called all around and no one could fix our Samsung dishwasher. These people fixed it and at such a great price. I'll be their customer for life and I'll recommend all my friend and family to them. Thank you Appliance city for doing a great job!
I've had nothing but trouble with this small, unprofessional appliance shop. After purchasing a used dryer that I was assured would be a work horse for my family of five, they were unable to install originally and had to send a second technician the following day. Within a week, it had stopped working. They came and replaced the fuse, after leaving me hanging with a wide repair window and no good number to reach them. Appliance City is an amazing resource. Our dryer died and our oven element caught fire and melted. We didn’t have much discretionary money and appliance City worked us a deal ($180) for a dryer and oven element. They even changed the dryer connection for us to the one we needed, for free.
