We called them when our dryer went out. They charged $500 to change the heating element. It went out after 2 days. They put another one in. It lasted 3 months. When I called to complain they said it was out of warranty. When I said I had a copy of the warranty they still refused to be helpful. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They were honorable at one time but they must be under new management because they are now of dubious honor. I don't have hard evidence of this but I think they were using used parts.
