We were having a problem with our dryer. Courtney helped us locate a serviceman that repaired our dryer. She also sent two delivery men to repair our vent hose in a timely manor. You can’t go wrong when you deal with a local merchant. Thank you Appliance Alliance!

If you want to have your brand new hardwood floors scratched by their delivery people with a refrigerator that was delivered 3 days late go to Appliance Alliance. Oh and when you ask for insurance information they give you fake information and dodge your calls for weeks. Then when you show up to talk to them in person they give you the finger.

I needed some appliance in fact three. In the service was great. Delivery was early then I wanted yet it work out for the best. To buy local and top notch.
Bought a fridge on a Friday and it was delivered and set up on Tuesday. It came with glass shelves (I thought I bought one with the wire racks) I didn't want to deal with the clean up of glass shelves. I called them and they replaced the shelves no problem. I didn't have to return the other shelves and wasn't charge any extra. I was very satisfied with their customer service.
Cannot say enough good things. I've never made such an educated purchase thanks to the staff. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong thing, so gracious helping me correct it. I can't imagine ever purchasing appliances elsewhere again.
We are just wrapping up our kitchen remodel and are thrilled with our new appliances (dishwasher, stove and hood and microwave) from Appliance Alliance. Danielle's assistance during our appliance selection was outstanding. She helped us find the optimal appliances that addressed our needs for our new kitchen and worked closely with us to give us the best price.
