Fab is absolutely the best technician in Orlando. Three other techs walked away from replacing the compressor on my refrigerator but Fab was here and done within 3 hours.
Had an issue with my GE dishwasher where it was no longer drying at the end of the dishwashing cycle. Went with Appliance 1 Service after finding them through BBB. The technician was friendly and professional, and though they did not immediately fix the issue on the first try, they were persistent and made two more visits at their expense without charging me anything additional for parts or labor until the issue was fixed. Honestly the absolute worst repair service I’ve ever experienced !!!! I called for a same day repair and diagnostic he said he will be able to come the next day at 9-10am their first lie is that their website promises same day. The day of the appointment he actually actually arrived late he told me it was my pipe and that he would order me one for Tuesday .Then he tried to charge me $79 for the diagnostic until I corrected him that I was told $69 he said he would call back on Tuesday when the part was ready and days later I ... read more
Don’t even think about hiring this service unless you love to waste your money!!! Plus no one ever picks up
Called about refrigerator issue. Got great input that it's a known issue with the brand, and parts required to *maybe* address the problem. Based on that, replacement is a better option for me. Really appreciate that level of honesty and helpfulness, and will use them for all future appliance repair.
