Dr. Fateis is very thorough. He takes time to explain things to his patients. He helped my me and my father who had dementia and directed us to not only medical resources and specialist but to community resources as well. Furthermore his staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend Dr. Fateis if you are looking for a good family doctor.
I went to refill my prescription, that I have had through this doctor for 3 years, and I’ve been waiting 3 weeks as he was out of the country for 2 months again. Happens 3-4 times a year. Still haven’t gotten it refilled.
