My family member was there for physical rehabilitation. Everything there was exceptional the staff, the atmosphere, the cleanliness, the food. But most of all the kindness we experienced from the entire staff. I would highly recommend Symphony Applewood to anyone dear to me.
The staff was amazing from start to finish my first visit. My cousin said they all treat her great. Clean and seemed to be well managed.
The nurses here are really nice and the place is pretty spacious with nice size rooms. I really liked that you can bring your dogs here as well. I don't know much what as I've only been there once to settle a family member in but it's very welcoming and quiet.
This a a place of bare minimum. Thankfully our grandma only needed to be there a few weeks for recovery.
I just want to share how relaxed I feel when I leave my loved one at night. I had him at another facility and it was terrifying. Your facility is so welcoming and calm and I can see that my loved one is being checked on multiple times. The staff is wonderful. I just can't Express how it is. I feel having my loved one at your facility. Thank you from the bottom of my heart
