From the start, there were issues with communication. Emails were misdirected, and I was repeatedly addressed as the wrong person, even after corrections. Kathy assured us licensed and insured contractors would complete necessary repairs and cleaning. However, family members inspecting the property found much of the work, including cleaning, deck repairs, and junk removal, either incomplete or not done at all. The staff at Applewood estates were so knowledgeable and professional and they definitely have thir finger on the pulse of our current market. I wanted say a Special thanks to Rebeccah who was outstanding and patient with us through the entire process. šĀ
