much better can be found for $$$$$ Just ate here, very unhappy about paying over $100 for a dinner with the atmosphere of Denny's. Do not let them sit you at the table for 2 along the wall where every bite or drink you take you need to make sure someone isn't walking by going to bump into you. Food was okay and had a good waiter but I would not go back for the $$$$ much better atmosphere, seating and food elsewhere!!!

Great NW fare Applewoods specializes in NW delights such as salmon. They have original recipes from a great chef. The sandwiches are big and tasty. The restaurant is tucked into the corner of a boring strip mall, but you won't notice because the food is great. Prices are a bit high considering the ambience, but they are in all the coupon books so that helps. Give it a try.

Good basics – My husband and I live close by and really enjoy their happy hour. The food is good for the price and we love their new venue. It's a good place if you are looking for something between Applebee's and High end restaurants. Good food, wine, and service at a fair price. It's a pleasant atmosphere for date night, so we will be back.

Amazing! – we have been coming to Applewood for several years and have never been disappointed! The new menu provides plenty of options offering both ala carte and entrees. Awesome wine selection featuring many NW wines. Truly vancouver's hidden gem!!

Great food, wonderful atmosphere – I love this restaraunt! I wasn't sure what to expect the first time I walked in, but the food was absolutely wonderful and we had great service. We have been in several times since and had very consistant food and service. I would reccomend this restaraunt to anyone!

Excellent! This place rocks! We really enjoyed our meal and will go back again (and again!).Rumour is, they are moving to 192nd Ave. next year to a bigger space in a brand new building on the corner of 192 and 20th. Can't wait!!
