Clean, quick, efficient, coureous. It's easy to book appointments on the client portal website (or call in an appointment) and easy to check in at the physical kiosk. There are usually a few time slots available for a last-minute drop-in or to book same-day, and there is always availability on later dates. The staff are always prompt and courteous. The doctors at this clinic are a hit and miss. In my most recent experience, the doctor rolled her eyes because I wanted to clarify something about my prescription as if my question was above her. Pretty despicable service for a patient who is looking to get better and has been coming to the clinic regularly. DEFINITELY not going back. Thanks Dr. V.
The doctors here are good but the service is really pathetic.You wont be able to book appointment online and the customer service or receptions gives false information or contradictory inflrmation resulting in total waste of time before actually meeting the good doctors.
The worst experience I've had. The Doctor didn't talk 3 min, didn't touch me, and told me: I'm gonna send you for a specialist. I couldn't believe! Don't go! Wasting money to see a doctor. I'm so frustrated!
BEWARE: Do not use Apple Tree as your family doctor. They use an American call centre and you cannot get an information for follow-up. One month later and I'm still waiting for a referral the doctor indicated should be rushed.
