I want to empathize and say it's difficult to run medical clinics but more likely what needs to happen is a competing medical group needs to teach them how it's done.
Drove all the way after seeing they were open and the current wait times online to be told they forgot to change it to appointment only and those were from the day before and they couldn’t see me. Not acceptable
