Dr. Rastogi is compassionate and open minded and he has been my family doctor for over 10 years. He takes the time to understand complex cases and is willing to consider treatment options that many doctors dismiss without thought. Virtual appointments and his support has made a real difference in my quality of life and my disability. I’m grateful.
All those leaving critical comments against the assistants or the management don't know what goes on behind the scenes! They are paid minimum wages and expected to cater to walk-ins as well as family patients. This complicates their life especially when doctors book appointments every 10 minutes. When there are very few family physicians that are accepting new patients, unfortunately this is where many, including myself, turn to. Booked several appointments in the past, with the most recent for a persistent injury; not only was the physician running late despite being the first appointment in the morning, the overall "consultation" lasted under a minute.
