Wait to enter was on time for appointment and assistant with braids was kind and explained well Went for dietary problems (IBS) and Dr Dayal only kept pushing ozempicnand ignoring Other symptoms. Expressed we preferred more information and guidance on natural ways but he seemed disappointed and was dismissive and condescending after that. Just kept pushing for ozempic and said you will not succeed in natural ways "trust me" Disappointing visit just to be pushed and pressured into medication. Won't be returning.
Today, February 27th, I went to Appletree at 225 Preston St at 10:00 AM and was seen around 10:40 AM. I went there for the first time to see my family doctor, Dr. Fahim,.I had never seen a dr fahim before. The reason was that I have a history of cysts, and on February 8th I went to the emergency at General with severe pain on my right side. Ridiculous services and staff with no help for any questions and support. Thanks!!
Patient waited since 9:30 for staff to lie everytime someone went to ask when the doctor would start seeing us. There all laughing around meanwhile the doctor never showed up. We were told at 11:30 to go home. Bathroom was flooding, employees are giggling laughing saying again. Avoid this place at all cost. Extremely dirty, terrible staff what a joke.
