My wife & I went there on Sun Sept 13th at 8.30 am . Doors opened on time. Signed in Taken in shortly after 9am by very nice/polite & professional young man. Details for the visit relayed. Doctor Fatou Keita came in shortly afterwards. She was very polite/professional and caring. It was a pleasure to have someone with such kindness & a professional bed side manor to talk to. Very dirty indeed! Reminder call much too early—FIVE DAYS IN ADVANCE !!! Some of us might forget Any how ! When I was in office to first find out if foot Dr was in that day, had ring bell two times , after more than five mins., someone with a unwelcome face appears!
The people at the desk suck, they’re useless, no sense of urgency in there and don’t care they waste people time
Yes I agree to most of the reviews here regarding this Apple tree Medical clinic at Preston Avenue in Ottawa Ontario. It’s the WORST CLINIC !! I’ve been in my whole life. This internist DR DAYAL RAJPAL is the WORST DOCTOR IVE EVER MET IN MY LIFE! I arrived on time for my appointment but I have to wait 1 hour & half before he saw me!!, It was the same when I First saw him. I’m glad my CT results were good.
