Told was 20min wait was the next pattient... an hour later and counting.... how you get a doctors degree but can't tell differences in time
Misleading wait times and unprofessional staff! Wait time is very long so I came in first thing in the morning to check in. I was told I would be seen within half an hour of receiving my text message, while waiting at home for over two hours, but that was a lie… After waiting an additional 2 hours in the clinic I asked a nurse (tall thin lady with long black braids) when the doctor will see me as I have another appointment at 230, and it was after 2 pm at this time. Says they are open when they are closed. Not to mention exceptionally high fees
Horrible place! The receptionist isn’t in her work place, we call on front on her desk and nobody help, just she is watching us hiding! Horrible
