The doctor was supposed to give me the vaccine. Instead, some random admin person did it. They wasted the entire tube. Literally shoved the needle in and emptied the whole thing in one second, and all the vaccine just dumped out. Didn’t even bother putting a bandage on.
5 day wait now on a fully paid, fully triaged appointment, no call, no answer to messages, no clinic staff followup, no nothing!
Very disappointing and terrible experience. We arrived 15 minutes before the clinic’s posted business hours on Sunday morning, there were 8 people have waiting in the line, but the clinic was not open, no doctors and no staff !! Everyone was waiting until 10am then we all left. It’s a Scam!!!!! This was a waste of my time and showed a lack of professionalism and respect for patients. If the clinic cannot open during its advertised hours, it should notify patients in advance or update its business hours accordingly.
Good services
The worst medical centre in the entire city! It’s not enough that our medical system is garbage yet the doctors at this centre make you feel that they don’t know what they’re doing. Also, despite the fact that it’s the same everywhere, this appletree took it to the next level by sending their patients texts that the doctor is ready to see you when the doctor is NOT EVEN THEIR YET. I went there 6 times and waited between 45 to an hour and a half each visit just to find out that the doctor isn’t even there and they just wanna ... read more
