I called at 8 AM with a dental Emergency looking for a appointment ( website says they take emergencies) .My information was taken down and I was told the office would call me when they opened even at 9 , nobody ever called. I was encouraged by all the great reviews but they won’t be getting our business now .
This is a wonderful office! Everyone is friendly and professional! Lisas did an awesome job for my teeth cleaning - a gentle touch! Dr. Derby laid out a plan for future care and explained the details! Super experience!!
I had to be rescheduled due to an unforeseen circumstance but they were still able to get me in with a different hygienist. Felicia at the front desk was great and thoroughly explained my treatment plan so I could understand what needs to be done and when each procedure needs to be done. Alisha is a great hygienist, she took the time to explain what she was going to do before doing it. I think I’ve found my dental office. Thank you to everyone who works there!

the dentist is not my favorite place to go to but when I walked in here I felt comfortable the office staff were really nice. the dentist did listen listen to my concerns, which is huge for me.
