Shame on this clinic! A complete lack of professionalism and humanity. Liars who don’t do their job properly. My wife, 8 months pregnant, was rejected after waiting an entire month — they told us she had been referred to a hospital, which was completely false. We lost a whole month, paid $50 for nothing, and they took zero responsibility. When we complained, they simply told us to go to another clinic! Cannot recommend Jamie-Lee Potter enough. Incredibly patient and kind, while still being thorough. Great bedside manner which is in very short supply these days.
The clinic is clean and the staff are friendly and the waiting isn’t too long, the manager is very polite and professional.

I’ve been struggling with my mental health for months and finally got an appointment with Dr. Chiefetz in April. We scheduled a follow-up for this past Monday, and I received both a confirmation text and email.
