I have them at my home 5 timed within a 2 month period. Never one time did they suggest that I needed to replace parts to my furnace. They always suggest let's work with you got. Then if replacing parts does not work then we will go from there. I find that the staff is very friendly and helpful from the office to the repairman. You can not go wrong using this company

I had 2 different companies come out and look at my A/C unit and still had issues. Appleton Heating & Cooling were able to fix my A/C problem quickly and efficiently. They sent tech who serviced my home and was very knowledgeable and professional. The prices are reasonable and I am considering signing up for their maintenance plan.

We needed our AC repaired. We called Appleton Heating & Cooling at 2:20, got an appointment at 4 pm on the same day and at 4:30 AC was fixed. It is so hot at the moment that the schools close at noon for the second day in the row as some classrooms reached 90 degrees. We can finally cool down at home. We highly recommend this business.

Post-Service Support: They offered assistance and answered my questions even after the service was complete.
