The lock on my saddlebag broke during a recent ride. I brought the bag into the parts department to find out what parts were needed. The guys at the parts desk were very knowledgeable and not only helped me with the broken lock, they pointed out a part that was on its last leg and was soon to fail. This is why I keep coming back. These guys are great at what they do.
We showed up today soaking wet all the way from Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada! The staff were awesome to us as we hunkered down trying to wait out the storm on our way to Milwaukee. When we realized there was no way we’d get to Milwaukee safely, the staff offered us a vehicle to use for the night and told us to leave our bikes and they would bring them in for the night. Even though I don't live in the Appeton ara anymore, I still visit Appleton Harley-Davidson quite a bit. The staff and service are great.
Been in their place numerous times. Went in 3 weeks ago to buy a pair of pants, walked out with a new Road King. (expensive pants) Process was painless and of the 4 dealerships in the NEW area, they stand out. 10/10 would buy there again.
I got to say this is probably the best dealship I've been in for all brands. Low pressure sales team, if you need help just ask, good selection of bikes an apparel, courteous staff, good decor, laid out well, an the riding class is very good.
Amazing service.. The staff is always pleasant and available to help.
