I purchased my first bike from them a Sportster 883 JJ sold me the bike he made purchasing the bike so easy along with Heather. I just traded that bike in today and upgraded to a Dyna Street Glide Jenni sold me that bike again super easy process and the guys in parts and service awesome as well. every time go to into the store we r welcomed and all questions answered no matter they r , they take the time with you to make your buying experience a great one in all departments. Absolutely!! Alex was the most helpful associate I have ever accounted at a Harley store. She answered our questions, made suggestions but at no time really pushed us to buy anything specific. We intend to buy additional items here at Appleton vs. the Harley store in our hometown and it is due primarily to Alex. She should be recognized for her performance.
