The understanding an knowledge was excellent. They understood how to handle the insurance company. Definitely would recommend.
We live in another state, but we always visit Appleton Harley-Davidson when we are in town. It is one of our favorites, and we have been to dozens of dealerships.
I was not impressed at all. We went to trade in our Harley and purchase a different bike. We were very well aware of what our bike was worth. When it came time for the paperwork we were INSULTED with the lowball offer they wanted to give us. Then the games they played.. oh we'll give you a little more.
