Our riding group was making our way to Milwaukee for HD’s 115th when we encountered a storm and took shelter under Appleton HD’s covered patio. The weather got worse and the wonderful staff kept our motorcycles overnight, lent us a vehicle and helped us find accommodations. Fantastic caring dealership. Would highly recommend!! I’ve done business at other dealerships in the past. I thought the others were good enough, but was very pleasantly surprised about how friendly everybody was at Appleton. They have a great selection of most anything you could want related to Harley. Even so, I’d say the best part of the dealership is the people. They were knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. You can’t ask for anything better. They were never pushy in any way, but helpful at each step.
Everything great people and great bikes
Went to just meet my dad to hang out. 3 hours later I left with a brand new road glide. Have been to over 50 Harley dealerships and this was by far the best customer service I have received. Great staff all the way around. Great people to do business with very professional.

They had some of the nicest people on the planet working there. They asked what we were looking for and even went to the back to search for the things we may like that had just come in. If I am ever up that way again I know I will make it one of my first stops.
Appleton is our favorite Harley dealer. Everybody we encounter within the store is friendly and helpful, whether we're purchasing "bling" for our bikes, clothes for ourselves, or merely stopping in to check out the clearance rack and not buying anything at all. They don't hover over your shoulder or try to sell you something you don't want or need. Okay. They're the only thing in town. No loaner bikes when that's your only mode of transportation, and you've dropped upwards of 2K in the last three months there. Good looking out for a loyal customer. Not to mention no wifi while I wait for my ride. On a positive note; the staff is friendly. This place has potential to be a great dealership if they would take care of their customers a bit better.
