I didn't get greeted as I walked in but the place was nice. And the lady at checkout was super super-nice. I'd go back in the future. maybe everyone was busy. I did grab a couple of shirts as I'm trying to visit as many dealerships as possible. This was the 19th and lots to go.
During a trip to Ft. Campbell, we noticed a billboard for Appleton H-D. Being from near Appleton, WI, we HAD to stop. This was the most fun we have ever had in a dealership!! Jen and Leah were extraordinary!! So funny and friendly! We've never been treated this warmly at a dealership before! Even got introduced to Carl, a "regular", who gave us a quick lesson about the Buffalo Soldiers. Southern hospitality for sure and they have a special place in their hearts (and discounts) for veterans!
Had my Water pump on my RGU go bad while traveling back to Florida from Minnesota. These guys took me right in and changed it out in under 30 minutes. That's fast folks. Was there a total of 45 minutes and back on the road. Thank you to their outstanding service department. Well above the call of duty
