My appt was cancelled because they couldn't get a hold of me (through no fault of my own). I have been going there for a year and somehow the number they had for me was changed. When they called the number to confirm my appt, I didn't answer (because they weren't calling my phone) so they cancelled it. I showed up at my allotted time and was told they no longer had me scheduled. Just like that. No concern for my time. If I cancelled they would have charged me a fee, right? we have been rescheduled multiple times since last may for my son and we took him in today and they said someone called in and cancelled our appointment today. I verified it thru texts ahead of time and apparently not only did they not verify info with who called in when the person claimed they didnt know the time this disclosed is appointment to the unverified person. talk about a break in confidentiality.... now my starts school and will have to miss already in the year because it's been rescheduled so may times.. we will ... read more

Not only did the crowns, fillings, and veneers I got last for a long time, they lasted way longer than they were supposed to. It was great not having to go in and get them redone all the time. I could tell that they did a fantastic job putting them in. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay.
