Applegate has been coming to our home since 2020. There has not been one time that we have not gotten good service. The office when calling, the guys coming to the house, always polite, kind, friendly, straight forward, honest, even funny. Always putting booties on their shoes when coming into the house, taking them off when going to the truck for something and putting them back on when coming inside again. I say Thank you for being such a good friendly honest company......not many around anymore who care.

Don't bother calling them in case of emergency. Website makes it appear that they can provide emergency services. HVAC was out at midnight. Talked to their after hours answering service twice. Answering service was useless as they have no information as to when to expect a call back. There was no call back from technicians. Wasn't until 7:25am that the office gave a call. They do not have enough technicians to respond to after hour emergencies, which is bad in Michigan winters in life threatening situations.
