I had perplexing recurring issues with my garage door opener. The original installers, Applegate Door Co., suggested that I have some electrical circuits checked. Initially all seemed fine but the issue recurred. I asked that the Applegate and the electric company meet together at my home to re-assess. The owners of both companies came the next business day and suggested some tweeks to correct the situation. I can't speak more highly of Applegate Door Company. From start to finish, everyone was cheerful and helpful. Tim, who did the install, is a true craftsman at what he does. He did a beautiful job and we are very pleased. The door itself is beautiful and makes the front of our house look great. Thanks Applegate! You're the best!
First time purchasing a garage door and they made it easy. They knew exactly what type of door would work without needing an inspection in the garage so no interruption to my work schedule. Fair priced and the guy that installed was professional and courteous. Not the biggest name in the game, but highly recommend!
The first time I used this business, I had never had service on my garage door before, and I felt they did a competent job, but each time since, the service has been less and less satisfactory. They have made promises they didn't keep, the work was shoddy, and the receptionist on the phone is surly and unhelpful. Recently I had an accident with my garage door. One star too many. We ordered a garage door from Applegate on October 20th, 2018 and they told us they were backed up and that the installation would not be until December 7th. At the time they also required a 50% down payment to initiate the order. Even though this was a long wait, we went ahead and placed the order anyway.
