Applegate Door was wonderful to work with. They replaced a broken spring on our garage door and ran a fix on an error we kept getting on the door opener. They ended up having to come out two more times for the error to troubleshoot that. Each time the tech took his time, was kind and went above and beyond explaining things to a newbie in this scenario. Will continue to call back for maintenance and issues. Thanks for taking the time to get us taken care of!
There are not enough stars for this place. A spring broke on my garage door, causing one of the side cables to fall off. We couldn't even open the door manually. Trapped. I called them and, although they had a full schedule, the nicest man came by after his shift to get our car out. Then came back the next day to repair it. The price was very reasonable.
Our door spring broke and they were here in less than a week to fix it. The service person arrived when they said he would, he was very courteous and explained what he would be doing, and the work was great. Our door has never worked better! The charges were very reasonable.
I had perplexing recurring issues with my garage door opener. The original installers, Applegate Door Co., suggested that I have some electrical circuits checked. Initially all seemed fine but the issue recurred. I asked that the Applegate and the electric company meet together at my home to re-assess. The owners of both companies came the next business day and suggested some tweeks to correct the situation. First time purchasing a garage door and they made it easy. They knew exactly what type of door would work without needing an inspection in the garage so no interruption to my work schedule. Fair priced and the guy that installed was professional and courteous. Not the biggest name in the game, but highly recommend!
