I have lived here for three years. When I first moved in I had spiders and roaches coming out of the drains. It was disgusting. Thankfully somehow that has stopped, my dishwasher leaks my water is never hot and the best part is that they lost my spare key so when I locked myself out one time I had to scale the balcony (I’m on the 3rd floor). Lastly, THEY messed up my rent check and then THEY put a court summons on MY door. I understand mistakes happen, but clearly you need to pay better attention. Can’t wait to move out.
Horrible customer service. There's issues with the plumbing. I had to call in about our toilet multiple times. This morning there was a ceiling leak and I was told "You're on the second floor, ceiling leaks happen." There are better places to live in Frederick. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.
