I have been with Dr. Knox for years and am so sad that his doors are closing. I have been with him in 3 locations, and this practice kept him hopping with no other Doctor or practioner to help him. I read the reviews and feel his pain of running ragid. He deserved the help he needed and now we no longer have him. If we all saw upwards of 30 patients a day with no help we would feel disheveled too. I honestly can't believe the doors have been closed. Dr. Knox was kind, thorough and informative. He gave me all my options and answered all questions. I highly recommend him!
Dr Knox was very dismissive didn’t even want to examine me . Rolled his eyes and had an attitude . Not a very compassionate doctor what so ever I will never go back there again. The receptionist was very nice and compassionate. He can learn a few things from her .
This office as a whole lacks compassion and being organized. I had a referral sent back in April, called a few weeks after to see where it was at and was told “we have it but you need to wait for a call we’re backed up” ok cool fair enough. Well, last week, four months of waiting I went yaknow what let’s check in cuz this seems way too long.
