His turnaround time was excellent, and he got me the information I needed quickly without any hassle. Overall, a smooth and efficient experience—I’d definitely recommend working with him.

I was extremely pleased, and especially working with Colette Callahan. I have been a longtime happy customer of Cross - and I’m reminded why each time I interact with them!

We saved a lot of money and we're better protected! I feel really fortunate to know that if something happens, we have Kirsty to reach out to as our agent.
My agent Kirsty has been very helpful in so many ways. She goes above and beyond to make sure that my policy is in order if there’s any hiccups, she’ll notify me but overall, I would rate this place five stars or above and I would give her 10 stars because she is amazing!!!!!!
