Kids throwing rocks at windows. Broke my window and im two months away from moving. Professionals at avoiding liability and security. When needed and i must say im glad im finally leaving. No one is ever liable for anything besides the tenants and this is a statewide problem
Saw a roach on our first day here. They are treating it, but $1300 a month just to see a roach, kids running all over the parking lot in front of moving cars UNSUPERVISED, giant potholes all over in the parking lot and giant pile of bikes in a gravel pit
Do not recommend. One year lease and we’re OUT! This is not worth it.
