Was told my order was ready for pick up at 7:17 got there by 7:28. I opened up locker C3 and someone else’s food (different vendor) was in it. Was told it was picked up so now I’m out $68.02. And can’t reach these people on the phone! I’m pissed.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!! I ordered 3 things, 8 oz steak with mash, boneless wings, and the lava cake with ice cream. We ordered it at 11:30 and they cancelled my order at 1. If I could give it zero stars I would. NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN!!!!
Horrible food and service
The food was good. It wasn't great or bad. It was what you would expect of applebees. The 2 for $26 deal is great and includes an appetizer. Here is a tip for anyone who is picking it up too: there is not a stand alone location. It's at a place called "FOODNEST". I think it's a ghost kitchen kind of deal. So you go around the back, go in, then find the lockers. You don't have to wait in the line. Just press "open locker" in the text they send you and the locker with the food pops open.
