DO NOT GO (unless you want to have an allergic reaction and food poisoning). Went to Applebee's in Oneonta, NY. I told the server I was Gluten Free (celiacs disease) and I chose from the gluten free menu AND asked her to double check to make sure the items were gluten free. She did and assured me they were. After eating my appetizer, I was about to pass out, in excruciating pain, and could barely stand. The appetizer was NOT Gluten Free. Went for the $1.00 long Island Ice Tee and appetizers while Christmas shopping, Apps, were ok, Drinks were lousy, glass of water with ice and splash of gin absolutely terrible. Place seems to be going down hill from when they first opened.
I tell ya when you go out to eat you expect clean eating utensils. We didn't get. And when your sin take a bite of steak and there's some ones hair in your mouth!! Disgusting!! Ordered a sandwich. Bottom half was soggy. Not impressed with some of the waitstaff..
Come here every year on Veterans Day, always great service!
My husband and I went to Applebee's today for the Veteran's Day special. There was a short wait but not really bad for the number of people ahead of us. Service and food was excellent . The manager came around and spoke to each and every Veteran and presented them with a $5 credit towards a future visit. I would like to thank Applebee's for this generous recognition of our Veterans.
The take out is never on time, you basically have to stand near the bar for 15 - 20 minutes for the food to come out.
Horrible! Can’t even cook a steak! Lost my business
To be honest I have given them way too many chances... I have ordered from them online for pickup 20 times (literally) and they have gotten my order right 2 times!! Today my son didn't get his order, I ended up making him something at home bc its not even worth going back to hear their excuses, we also never received the drinks. Last time we went we didnt even get the right food.... my kids, who were the only reason we went back, said they dont want to order from there again....You all need to fix some things!!
