The service isn't always good. Food can take awhile.
Over the past few years we've been going to Applesbees less and less. Tonight was the final time we will ever step foot in this restaurant. I was hesitant to go in the first place, as our previous visit was awful... But it was a Monday night, so we had very limited options. After being seated and given our drinks, it was explained to us that we were only the second table they had seen in the last four hours and they were closing in 30 mins, so we could only choose from fryer items. We had a party of 5 come in for dinner. We waited 15 minutes for drinks to arrive after placing our order. We waited 35 minutes for appetizers after ordering. They brought out 2 wrong dinners. We ordered a child meal with a hamburger, yogurt and apples. They served a pizza, yogurt and strawberries. Then they brought out a pecan salad instead of the wedge salad that we ordered.
