Haven't been there for a while so decided to go. Just like last time , they brought out our appetizers at 2 separate times and then it took a solid 30 minutes after for our meals. There for about an hr and a half just for 2 people. The Manger came around to check on us and didn't even seem to care that we had to wait that long. Then at the end he offered to buy desert. Highly disappointed. 9 of the 23 tables empty and we are on a 30 min wait list. Explanation is "the kitchen is backed up." Really?
While the service was good, I ordered their nacho appetizer along with lunch for myself, my girlfriend and my uncle. We ordered it with shredded beef. When it came out I was pleased with the size of the plate, however upon further inspection, they only put a tablespoon of shredded beef on a rather large plate of chips, and I don't know about you, but where I come from, nachos have cheese on them, this POS had virtually no cheese along with no beef to speak of. Worst ten dollar bill I've spent in a long time.
Soooo.....me and my friend have gone to Applebee's very often.....the meals had usually even pretty good. Well.....let me tell you about our last experience. It was horrendous....... Firstly there was a wait due to " shift change". Ok. We can live with that... After 30 minutes we were seated........it took. More than ten minutes for a waitress from another table to see us and ask if we had seen our waitress. We told her no...she proceeded to FIND our waitress and then she came. My husband and I wanted to take my sister in law and her boyfriend out because we never get to see them so we decided to go to go here and it was the worst experience we have ever had. We ordered our drinks, two waters with lemon, a lemonade, and a Pepsi, along with a sampler platter appetizer for all of us to share, and our meals. The drinks came with no lemon in the waters.
