Close this place, the food isn't edible, and the price are abominable. Took us 45 minutes to get our food.. the meat was so dry and tasteless.
I visited Applebee's on Clifton Hill in Niagara Falls on July 31st at around 2:00 p.m. with my mother and my two children (ages 10 and 11) for a late lunch. The service itself was good. Our waitress was friendly, polite, and attentive, and none of my concerns are a reflection of her efforts. Unfortunately, the food and wait time were very disappointing. Food was ok. Not too bad but was expecting more having tried Applebees in other countries. My half-eaten plate of food was thrown away by the server after saying I’m good and asked for a take-away container. Probably a misunderstanding but a decent server would’ve offered if I liked to take out the left over even if I hadn’t asked.
