It’s no secret this location has been struggling for some time. Service was lacking but it was a Friday and they were short. What I didn’t appreciate was overhearing the manager throw the server under the bus when met with complaints. “I can’t do my job because I’m always having to do hers.” Poor management style. Bully behavior. The waitress couldn’t have even been 20 years old.
Nice updates to the restaurant. Fresh new look inside. Seated fairly quickly, the older gentleman that seated us could have been friendlier. Our server Kristiana was friendly and attentive. Appetizers came out in good time and was tasty. Our entrees came soon after and everyone enjoyed the taste and flavor of the dishes. Pics attached. Was an enjoyable experience.
Food was okay. My boyfriend's dad ordered a steak with broccoli and mashed potatoes. He wanted cheese on the broccoli the waitress bought him a cup with unmelted cheese. The restaurant was really cold inside
Service was horrible. I went there with 2 of my friends and we sat and waited about 15 mins for our drink order to be taken. I had to go tell an employee that we hadn’t been helped for them to come and take our order. It took over an hour and a half for us to get in and out.
