Great experience, loved the four cheese macaroni with honey chicken tenders. The onion rings appetizer was Amazing and fresh and crisp. We enjoyed our date Night. We will return

Someone from corporate should check out this Applebees. The employees are untrained. I asked 4 times for silverware and was told by my waitress that I was rude. (The people at the next table told me that they also had to ask multiple times for silverware.) Only one draft beer tap was working. My meal looked like it was dropped on the floor. I left without eating. Update: I'm pleased to report that I have not gone to any Applebee's since "dining" at this wretched restaurant.

I rarely eat out because of my strict schedule but I was free one day and decided to take my kids here for lunch. When I walked in, everyone tried to avoid contact. The hostess as well as everyone else who was working avoided me for as long as I’d allow. No one greeted and everyone “working” was walking around with their shoulders dragging on the ground behind them. The servers seem aggravated. I left about 15 mins of being completely ignored. I was ignored by the hostess, and any servers passing by as I came in the front door. It was not crowded and there was one family waiting to be seated. The woman who I assumed was the hostess saw me several times as she walked around and wiped a table off. She put up her hand in a stop motion as if she was aggravated that I was waiting. I definitely felt discouraged to be there, so I left.
