They need to shit this establishment down the wait time was awful set inside at least two hours. Still only had drinks bad business bad customer service and the manager was offered to no hospitality for no one. She said she couldn’t get to us because she was in the bag trying to help prepare the food. Bad service Orangeburg you suck.
When we walked in we were immediately met with the smell of bathroom, something like old water/mildew. Once we sat down, it took about 20mins for someone to come take our order. At the end of giving our order our server just walked away, with no response/confirmation on what we got. The entire time the service was slow; we needed to remind our server of items that we ordered multiple times. The food was okay. Over all 3 stars.
so boom WE WILL NEVER EVER EAT HERE EVER AGAIN i don’t know what my expectations were cs i never had applebees before terrible first impression we were overly DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!! food was nasty n unappetizing to even look at. my boyfriend got ribs n i had got the alfredo that’s how yk we had high expectations btw WAIT till u see the pictures my lord.
