I visited this Applebee’s today with a group of friends, and unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by the manager’s behavior. One of my friends politely asked about the Dollar Rita promotion, and the manager responded in a way that came across as rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I had a very disappointing experience at Applebee's today. I simply asked a question about the Dollarita promotion, and the manager was incredibly rude. Instead of politely explaining the promotion, he repeatedly yelled, "Well, it is $1!" at least three times. The manager's tone and attitude were completely unnecessary and made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I expect better treatment from Applebee's and hope this location addresses the manager's behavior so other guests don't have a similar experience.

Went out with friends to get dollar Margaritas that tasted like virgin drinks. We called the manager over as instructed by the waitress who served our table, when we told her about the drinks. Manager Denzel Bowman was very sarcastic and rude. He tried to humiliate us. I would not have mind paying extra to make the drink stronger, however his attitude was horrible.
