It was our first time there. We received excellent service and the food was great.
I just had to wait 30 minutes for my check to leave…server kept saying that they would be right back, would come back out and take other orders, would walk back by and say ill be right back, then went over to the kiosk, im thinking they are getting my check finally, then went back into the kitchen, and came out with food for another table that wasn’t even in the same section, had to get up and go to the bar to pay, didnt even get to take my food home like i planned to because i was just so over it…
My biggest complaint is they have closing hours listed as 11:00PM, however, they close the kitchen at 10:30PM. C'mon if you close your kitchen at 10:30 PM then list your closing hours as 10:30PM not 11:00PM when you close your front door.
Food was good. Service was excellent. Atmosphere was friendly. One of the best Applebee's I've visited. Drove 45 minutes just to get the great service.
