Absolutely horrible experience. I had a complaint with my food and the extremely rude manager HAROLD comes to the table and as I am trying to explain what occurred with my experience he rudely interrupts and says “he doesn’t have time for all that and just needs to know what I need him to do” as I begin to explain that that’s what I’m explaining he interrupts me again. I had a really good experience at Applebee’s! The food was hot, fresh, and delicious, and everything was prepared just the way I wanted it. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the service was great. Overall, it was a nice experience, and I would definitely come back again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
